Taylor began her YouTube career first by recording ASMR video on her phone. After achieving 50,000 subscribers within a month of uploading her first video, she was featured in a game video made produced by PewDiePie. Taylor quit working on her Youtube channel after two months. Around 100,000 users. The main reason was technical issues and the fact she was overwhelmed. Taylor began making videos following an absence of one month. The most popular was the famous ASMR Ten Triggers to Help You sleep. (35,000,000 views by the end of August, 2022). ASMR 20 Triggers to Help You Sleep, a series of videos aimed at Sleeping, was uploaded in July of 2017 and is now watched by 38 million people. In August 2017, Shane Dawson interviewed her and she soon reached 1 million YouTube subscribers. Wired UK calculated that she was earning $1,000 a day on her YouTube channel in February of 2019.

Helfer is a native of rural Donalda, Alberta, Canada in Canada, the children of Dennis Helfer and Elaine Helfer. The two were born in the town of Donalda, Alberta Canada. Her parents are Dennis and Elaine Helfer. She graduated from the Stettler's William E. Hay Composite High School. With her sisters Trena Tammy Tara She resided in the farm owned by her family. When she was waiting in theater line, a scout for an agency for modeling was able to spot Helfer.
